Eirini Sakellari was born in Mesolonghi, Greece, in 1984. She studied Law at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She graduated in 2007 and she did postgraduate studies in European Law (Professional Master) (2007-2008) and in Business Law (Research Master) (2009-2010) at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France. During her first Master Degree she was a trainee at the Financeurope SARL, Lyon, France. Her traineeship concerned European Grants and Aids. She continues to cooperate with Financeurope occasionally. For her second Master Degree, the topic of her dissertation was 'Acting in concert and undertaking's control'.

From November 2013 she is a PhD can. at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in France. Her topic has to do with the assignment of the undertaking of companies in comparative law [french, greek, german, argentinian and US law], under the supervision of Prof. Blandine Rolland.

From July 2014 she is an accredited mediator.

She had been an ERASMUS student in 2006-2007 at the University of Liege, Belgium, with a specialization in European Law [European Economic Law and European Competition Law]. She is also a student at the University of Panteion, at the Department of International and European Studies.

She is an attorney at the Mesolonghi Bar Association, Greece, since July 2009 and she is an associate at Dionysios Sakellaris attorney's office.

She is an associate at Spyropoulos Law Offices since April 2011, managing part of the case files of the Mesolonghi Office. She is also an independent contractor for “Geniki Bank” since August 2011, managing the files regarding private individuals in debt in the area of Mesolonghi, Nafpaktos and Agrinio, Aitoloakarnania, Greece.

She is also an occasional collaborator of the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania since April 2013.

Since September 2013, she is one of the legal consultants for the Agricultural Cooperative 'The Union', Mesolongi, Greece.

She plays the piano and enjoys aerobic classes, swimming and traveling. She loves literature and theater [especially Shakespeare and ancient Greek theater].
